This data is collected and processed via the camera on your mobile or handheld device during the verification step of our payout process for the purpose of security and fraud detection prevention. 2. USE OF PERSONAL DATA

- Provide, deliver, monitor and improve our Services:This includes customer support, respond to requests, complaints and feedback, troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems and to communicate with you according to your preferences. To achieve this, we track third-party app installations (conversions) to allocate points, offer rewards to Users based on their active usage of Game Partner applications, and to enable gift card redemption. This also involves fulfilling operational and business transaction requirements such as billing advertising clients, attribution of game installs, accounting, calculating Units earned in and otherwise enabling the Rewards Program and delivering prizes for leaderboards, sweepstakes and other promotions.
- Personalize advertisements and promotions:We tailor advertisements for games on the {team_name} platform, providing personalized suggestions for games, features, and events. We promote games available in your country and offer loyalty rewards based on your profile and tier status, as detailed in Annex B, Table for Legal Processing Activities.
- Display leaderboards information:Your username, rewards, and progress information may be displayed to you and others on leaderboards.
- Facilitate participation in activities:We offer opportunities to participate in leaderboards, sweepstakes, promotions, and other digital events, as well as determine winners.
- Build the {team_name} community:We market {team_name}’s Services on third-party platforms, including targeted advertising on mobile applications and websites (including but not limited to Facebook and Tiktok) , and measure and optimize these marketing campaigns.
- Fraud prevention:We implement measures to verify your digital identity and facial images to secure our platform and Services. This includes automated detection of fraudulent activities, as further explained in Annex B.
- Enhance our products:We continuously improve and develop new products and update features in our Services.
- Generate industry reports:We create reports and develop insights about our business using aggregate data or anonymized formats that cannot be used to re-identify users.
- Train machine learning models:We utilize data to train our models, enhancing your personalized content and user experience, as well as for purposes outlined in this Policy.
- Comply with local laws:We adhere to applicable laws and regulations.

- Performance of our agreement with you and other Users, including the operation of the {team_name} rewards program and the provision of customer support.

3. HOW WE SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU
Username; Leaderboard.We may display your username, profile information, play progress and reward information, on leaderboards accessible to you or other Users on the {team_name} platform. Your username, play progression, and rewards progression may appear on your friend’s referral leaderboard if you joined {team_name} through your friend’s referral link. You have the option to opt out of leaderboards by reaching out to {team_name}'s customer service. You can update your username at any time through your {team_name} profile settings. To protect your privacy, we advise against using personal information in your username, as it will be visible to other users.
Corporate Affiliates and Transaction Parties.We may share your personal data with our subsidiaries or affiliates under common corporate control for the purposes described in this Policy. Additionally, we may share your personal data with counterparties as part of corporate transactions, such as mergers, sales of company assets, financing, or acquisitions, but only to the extent necessary to evaluate and complete such transactions and in accordance with applicable legal or contractual requirements.
Law Enforcement, Regulators and Other Parties for Legal and Security Reasons.We may disclose personal data when necessary to protect the legal rights of {team_name}, Users or third parties, in order to avoid fraud, manage risks, or comply with applicable laws, legal orders, or processes. - Advertising Platforms and Networks.We partner with certain providers, including but not limited to Google, to display, target, and suppress {team_name} advertisements on their or their partner sites (such as advertisements within games and other mobile apps). Such providers may conduct analytics in relation to advertisements and to manage our advertising on other sites. Personal information we disclose to these providers include device identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising Identifier), IP addresses, time/event data for certain actions (such as new game installation or in-game purchase made or game playtime milestone achieved). These providers use this information for marketing optimization, reporting, and analysis, and to prevent display of {team_name} advertisements to you and existing users, retarget inactive users, and reach new potentially interested users.
- Administrative Service Providers.Our administrative service providers, acting as data processors, may receive and process your personal information to support the Services, including to administer testing, process support requests, detect and prevent fraudulent activity, provide communications (such as email and push notifications), and deliver surveys, sweepstakes, and events to engage with Users, subject to applicable law.
- Analytics Service Providers.We work with analytics service providers that act as data processors to help us analyze and understand the personal data about you and develop trends, patterns and insights to personalize your experience with {team_name}, curate your game selection, improve our Services, optimize sales and advertising, and create new products. These analytics providers, such as Appsflyer, also measure, verify, and analyze performance of our marketing campaigns.
Game Partners. The main purpose of the {team_name} loyalty program is to promote and advertise the games of our Game Partners in the {team_name} platform. In order to enable the loyalty program and reward you for your engagement, (a) we must allow tracking and collection of certain personal data by applicable Game Partners and their analytics providers, such as your game installs or survey answers, for purposes of reporting, attribution, and billing of the Game Partners; and (b) you direct {team_name} to collect Gameplay Data from Game Partners, including your in-game purchases and advertising views, in order for {team_name} to reward you, provide you with personalized content, market new games of interest to you, to develop our AI and algorithms for predictive modeling, grow our business and community of users, and for development of new products, features, and services. If you choose to access or install a game recommended through our Services, you acknowledge that Game Partner and its analytics partner will collect your personal data from {team_name}.
{team_name} may also disclose aggregated information about Users along with information that does not and cannot identify any individual or device, except where limited by applicable laws. For example, we may use anonymized user ratings, review of apps and aggregated information for statistical and machine learning purposes, to provide insights into developing or enhancing Services, for marketing and advertising and for other legally permissible purposes such as testing our IT systems and features.

4. HOW WE STORE, TRANSFER AND SECURE PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

These safeguards are designed to prevent unauthorized or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, destruction, or loss of the personal information we collect and process.

Please note that changes to your preferences, opting out, or withdrawing consent may affect your experience with our Services, potentially limiting access to certain features, such as Units and the Rewards Program outlined in our Terms.

We will address your requests in compliance with relevant laws, including response times, identity verification, and content. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will explain the reasons, barring any legal or regulatory constraints.
Depending on your jurisdiction, your rights may include:
- Right to Opt Out of Marketing Communications: You can unsubscribe by clicking the link in our marketing emails or adjusting your device settings for push notifications. Service-related messages will still be sent. Opting out may affect your Services usage.
- Right to Withdraw Consent. You can withdraw consent for data collection and processing at any time by contacting us via sending a written request to {eamil_link}. We will cease processing your data promptly upon revocation, which may impact your Services access.
- Right to Erase Your Personal Data or Delete Your account. Deleting your account will also remove unredeemed Units. We will seek confirmation before deletion and may retain data as required by law.
- Right to Object to the Processing of Personal Data or Tracking Technologies. We will review and remove data processed for objected purposes unless another legal basis exists or the law requires retention. Objecting may affect your participation in the {team_name} rewards program and Services. Please note that certain types of personal data processing is required to enable the {team_name} rewards program, and your opt-out of such processing may impact your ability to continue receiving rewards from {team_name}. Please note that certain processing of personal data is necessary for {team_name} to provide you with the Services, including personalized game ads, reward program, etc. Thus, if you object to some of them, we may not be able to provide you with such Services. You may elect to receive alternative services from {team_name} without the loyalty rewards program by signing up for the {team_name} game discovery email newsletter.
- Right to Opt Out of Sharing Your Data with Advertisers of {team_name}’s Services.We provide your personal data, such as your device ID or Google advertising ID, to our advertisers in order to optimize our marketing of {team_name} services and prevent you from receiving {team_name} advertisements when you have already installed the {team_name} app. Depending on the jurisdiction, if you do not consent to this data sharing or if {team_name} receives an opt-out request from you, we will take steps to block sharing of your data for these purposes.
- Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising and Content Personalization. In order for {team_name} to supply you with the loyalty rewards program where you can earn units towards redemption of a variety of gift cards, {team_name} must be able to provide you with personalized content, including in-app promotions and a curated mixlist of games that {team_name} is advertising to you on behalf of the Game Partners. The {team_name} platform provides you with personalized game recommendations based on a number of factors, including game availability in your jurisdiction, your Gameplay Data, and game preferences you may provide in user surveys. If you wish to opt out of targeted advertising and content personalization in the {team_name} app or you do not provide consent to such processing, then {team_name} will not be able to provide you with the loyalty rewards program. If you wish to continue to receive {team_name} game discovery services without targeted advertising and loyalty rewards, contact customer service in order to close your {team_name} app account.
6. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
6.1 CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
In accordance with the Terms, you may not use the Service if you are under 18 years old. {team_name} is committed to complying with laws protecting children, within the meaning of applicable law. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child, please contact us.
6.2 DATA RETENTION
{team_name} will retain your personal data only for the duration mandated by law, while you continue to use our Services, or until it serves the original purpose of collection. For instance, personal data obtained from facial scans is retained for 24 months to prevent fraudulent activities. Account balances and earned rewards must be retained post-termination to facilitate processes like billing and tax reporting. If you cease interaction with our Services for 6 months, we will either destroy your personal information or store it separately.
Please be aware that if you remain inactive for at least of 180 days, your account may be terminated, and any unredeemed Units may expire, leading to the deletion of personal data.
You have the option to request the deletion of your {team_name} Account. However, doing so will result in the loss of any unredeemed Units. If {team_name} decides to retain or utilize de-identified information, as allowed by law, we will continue to do so without attempting to re-identify you. For the removal of personal data held by Game Partners, please follow the instructions provided in their privacy policy independently.

What is Biometric Information?
Biometric Information is any information, however generated, stored or shared, that is basedon an individual’s biometric identifier, and used to identify thatindividual.
In case of the {team_name}, only face geometry by utilizing facial recognition technology isused as a biometric identifier through facial recognition technology.
We require you undergo a facial recognition scan before we are able to pay out collected coins.
